Prices lock when the Georgia Governor declares a state of emergency (enter it below with its link; there is no machine feed), or when you turn an area on by hand. Federal (FEMA) declaration data is shown only as a signal — it never locks prices by itself. Inside a storm scope: public map at /help (no invite), NWS alerts, free /storm resources, and a server-enforced price freeze: the whole price list is snapshotted at the declaration's effective date; the same day/night schedule (Night SOS 7pm–7am stays on at its frozen amounts; day jobs keep day prices; no job moves tier); no job can cost more than the snapshot; any change to amounts, hours or tiers is refused and logged; gas = pump receipt at cost (no markup) + the flat fee, receipt required before the customer sees pay handles; customers must accept the bold STORM CONDITIONS box (version stored with each job). Georgia price-gouging law, O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393.4. Normal paid catalog jobs only. Independent techs, not part of any government response — never a substitute for 911.

Governor declarations (Georgia state of emergency)
Published pre-declaration price schedules (snapshots)
Declaration event records (start / renewal / termination — kept forever)
Night SOS day-rate cap (fallback switch, OFF by default)
Plan B default: Night SOS runs at its frozen published night prices. Turn this ON only if counsel says no or the price record is incomplete (Law §1.4/§1.9): night jobs in storm scopes then charge the matching day price. Logged.
