Working draft for a Georgia invite beta. Not legal advice. NEEDS ATTORNEY before anyone relies on it. Checking a box on this text does not make it enforceable.
Version: draft-2026-10-03
Parties: Cheapskates LLC and the person creating a tech account ("Tech").
1. Status
Tech is an independent contractor. Tech is not an employee, partner, or agent of Cheapskates LLC. Calling it that in this draft does not decide taxes, unemployment, or workers' compensation. Those follow the facts and Georgia law.
2. No power over other techs
Tech cannot hire, fire, schedule, discipline, or dispatch any other tech. Cheapskates does not give Tech a boss title, a crew, or any say over someone else's jobs.
3. The work
Roadside help only: jump start, battery labor, tire change, and up to 2 gallons of gas. Tech chooses each job. Tech may work for anyone else at the same time. There is no minimum number of jobs, no set hours, and no shift. Cheapskates does not supervise how the job is done.
4. Around
Tech may turn Around off at any time. While it is off, Tech owes no jobs. Declining a job has no penalty.
5. Money
The customer pays Tech directly by cash, Zelle, or Cash App. Cheapskates never holds that money and never takes a cut of it. Tech keeps 100% of the job cash. The platform fee is $0 per month until Cheapskates opens statewide. Any fee after that needs a new written agreement. It is not a share of another tech's pay.
6. ID
Tech must provide a government ID before going Around. The name on the ID must match the account.
7. Customer waiver
Any waiver the customer signs is on the customer side. It does not replace this agreement.
8. Tools
Tech brings their own vehicle, tools, and supplies.
9. Access
Cheapskates may turn off app access for safety, fraud, or a break of these rules. That is access to the app, not firing an employee.
10. End
Either side may stop at any time. Money a customer already paid Tech stays with Tech.
Uploaded (compressed) for private founder review. Acceptable ID types: Law list (driver license / state ID / passport).
You already have a tech account. Read this working draft and check the box. You do not submit your ID again. I’m Around stays off until this is saved.

No brakes. No steering. No under-car.
Customer sees these only after you accept their job. Platform never holds money. Cash always OK.
Around unlocks only after founder approves your ID. Pending review is not enough.
